This full-time, on-site role in Nigeria turns healthcare data into insights that guide decisions on service delivery, patient outcomes and resource use. The lead builds the analytics strategy, oversees dashboards and KPI reporting, and keeps data quality and governance in line with regulation.
Responsibilities
- Set and carry out a data analytics strategy for clinical, operational and financial decisions.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports that track KPIs and trends.
- Lead data collection, validation and analysis to keep it accurate and compliant.
- Train staff on data literacy and business intelligence tools.
Requirements
- 6-10 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence or health informatics.
- Proficiency in tools such as SQL, Python, R, Power BI or Tableau.
- Understanding of healthcare data standards such as HL7 and FHIR.
- Must be a resident of Imo State or open to relocation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Public Health or a related field; a master's is an advantage.
- Analytics certification such as Certified Analytics Professional is an advantage.
