To support this mission, TrustedHousesitters is seeking a Lead Growth Analyst to join the Marketing Analytics team on a full-time, remote basis.
This role suits an analytical, commercially minded professional experienced in digital, marketplace, subscription, or consumer technology environments. The Lead Growth Analyst will take charge of end-to-end analytical workstreams, investigating performance trends, sizing growth opportunities across channels and products, and supporting key investment decisions. Responsibilities include synthesizing data from marketing mix modeling, customer behavior, and experimentation to build clear growth narratives for leadership and stakeholders. The successful candidate will also act as a trusted advisor, mentor other analysts, and build scalable analytical approaches to streamline decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Conduct end-to-end analysis on priority growth questions from problem definition to measurement.
- Proactively investigate shifts in growth performance to identify key drivers, risks, and opportunities.
- Size growth opportunities across customer journeys, product features, and marketing channels.
- Support investment decisions by combining marketing mix modeling, channel performance, and customer behavior data.
- Translate complex data into concise growth narratives with actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Contribute to commercial questions including forecasting, pricing, and scenario analysis.
- Build scalable analytical approaches to enhance decision-making speed and consistency.
- Act as a trusted analytical partner, owning stakeholder relationships to ensure recommendations drive measurable impact.
- Mentor other analysts to raise the overall analytical standard of the team.
Requirements
- Significant experience in growth, marketing, or commercial analytics within a digital, marketplace, subscription, or consumer technology business.
- Strong comprehension of growth, customer acquisition, funnel dynamics, and the interaction between marketing and product.
- Experience examining customer journeys across multiple funnel stages, including cohort behavior and lifecycle performance.
- Good knowledge of marketing effectiveness methods such as marketing mix modeling, incrementality testing, experimentation, and attribution.
- Proven capability to independently structure and lead complex or ambiguous analytical work.
- Strong commercial judgment with the ability to translate data analysis into clear recommendations.
- Proficiency in advanced SQL without needing documentation for standard analytical patterns.
- Familiarity with analytical tools and languages like Python or R.
- Experience working with marketing and experimentation data from internal data warehouses like Databricks and major digital platforms.
- Practical understanding of advanced measurement methodologies and real-world limitations.
