This full-time, on-site leadership role in Nigeria oversees IT infrastructure, including networks, hardware, software and cybersecurity, across a network of healthcare facilities. The lead plans and rolls out digital health systems such as EHR and HIMS, enforces IT policies and guides IT staff.
Responsibilities
- Manage IT infrastructure so healthcare services run without interruption.
- Lead rollout and integration of digital health systems such as EHR and HIMS.
- Develop and enforce IT policies that protect data integrity and availability.
- Monitor system performance and drive projects that improve efficiency.
Requirements
- 6-10 years of progressive IT operations experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare IT systems, data protection rules and cybersecurity practice.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Must be a resident of Imo State or open to relocation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (BSc) in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field; a master's degree is an advantage.
- Certifications such as ITIL, CISSP or PMP are highly desirable.
