  • Champion AI-native workflows by sharing techniques and developing reusable prompts

Requirements

  • Demonstrable, hands-on AI fluency using tools like Claude Design as a core part of the workflow
  • Strong craft capabilities spanning from initial problem definition to polished, production-ready outputs
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and make sound decisions rapidly with incomplete information
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills with a talent for storytelling

Qualifications

  • Experience using Claude Code or equivalent AI coding agents for prototyping or shipping minor updates
  • Background working in marketplace, e-commerce, or two-sided platform environments
  • Familiarity with experimentation-driven development including A/B testing and funnel analysis
