Job Description

Multiverse is an upskilling platform focused on artificial intelligence and technology adoption, connecting businesses with educational programmes. Valued at $2.1 billion following a recent strategic funding round, the organisation currently employs over 800 staff members and partners with thousands of companies to deliver workforce transformation.

As the Lead Product Manager, you will oversee Prescribe, the core product responsible for matching prospective learners with suitable programmes aligned with employer objectives. This position operates on a remote basis, though please note that general company hybrid policies in other contexts require office presence three days weekly (refer to FAQ for specific location details).

You will act as the strategic partner to a Senior Engineering Manager while collaborating closely with data, design, go-to-market, and fulfilment teams. Your primary objective centers on improving conversion metrics by designing AI-native experiences, managing eligibility logic, and optimising the journey from initial prospect interest to active learner commitment.

This role suits an experienced product professional who excels in experimental, hypothesis-driven environments, prioritises customer value using concrete metrics, and thrives on building automated systems powered by large language models. Candidates must possess a proven track record of driving growth metrics and building AI/LLM solutions, while avoiding roles focused strictly on specification writing rather than hands-on execution and data analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Shape conversational, AI-first product experiences to help users select appropriate educational programmes
  • Establish evaluation frameworks and guardrails to maintain trustworthiness in AI-driven recommendations
  • Manage the conversion metrics, experimentation roadmap, and interventions that guide prospects to final commitment
  • Own eligibility and compliance logic, collaborating with Legal and Fulfilment teams to make rules configurable
  • Co-own the strategy and roadmap with a Senior Engineering Manager and align cross-functional stakeholders before deployment
  • Author group narratives including product press releases, FAQs, and sales briefing materials

Requirements

  • Substantial experience as a Product Manager with a verified history of improving growth metrics such as acquisition, activation, retention, and automation
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis, pulling reports, conducting cohort studies, and constructing dashboards
  • Demonstrated capability in designing and executing structured A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Hands-on expertise developing products utilising AI or LLMs for content generation or personalisation
  • Experience building alignment across cross-functional teams without formal authority, including commercial and operations counterparts

Qualifications

  • Prior product management background in a B2B or B2B2C context
  • Familiarity with product-led growth strategies within business environments
  • Experience designing personalisation systems encompassing data models and trigger logic
  • Previous employment at a company that scaled user bases from hundreds to thousands
  • Familiarity with regulated environments such as funding, eligibility, or compliance-heavy products, along with knowledge of UK apprenticeships and levies

Core Skills

Benefits

  • 27 days of holiday plus 8 bank holidays
  • 1 life event day, 2 volunteer days, and 2 company-wide wellbeing days per year
  • Private medical insurance with Bupa and a medical cashback scheme
  • Life insurance and access to Wellhub gym memberships and wellness resources
  • Spill mental health support
  • Work-from-anywhere scheme allowing up to 10 days per year
