Lattice is hiring a remote Lead Product Manager, Engagement to shape the future of its employee-listening platform. Lattice provides a people success platform that encompasses performance reviews, engagement surveys, goal setting, and career planning to help organizations build thriving workplace cultures. In this role, the product leader will define the long-term vision for the Engagement product line, guiding its strategy from initial discovery through execution and launch.
This position is suited for a strategic product professional with a strong background in employee feedback, surveys, or B2B SaaS. The individual will collaborate closely with research, engineering, design, data science, and product marketing teams to build intuitive tools that empower human resources leaders to gather meaningful insights and turn them into actionable outcomes. The estimated annual cash salary ranges from $179,000 to $220,000, and the position is eligible for incentive stock options along with a comprehensive benefits package.
Responsibilities
- Own the strategic roadmap for Lattice Engagement and the future of employee listening
- Design product experiences that allow HR leaders to collect feedback and take concrete action
- Manage discovery, prioritization, execution, launch, and iteration processes
- Partner with Research to analyze customer workflows, priorities, and decisions
- Collaborate with Engineering and Design to build clear, high-quality user experiences
- Work alongside Data Science to evaluate metrics, identify opportunities, and refine the product
- Coordinate with Product Marketing for launch execution, messaging, and go-to-market readiness
- Establish and track key performance indicators to demonstrate value for customers and the company
Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience, preferably within B2B SaaS
- Direct background working with employee engagement, surveys, feedback mechanisms, research, or insight software
- A clear, informed perspective regarding the future of employee listening and organizational feedback
- A demonstrated history of guiding ambiguous, high-impact product initiatives from conception to measurable customer value
- Deep empathy for the challenges and priorities of human resources leaders
- Strong judgment to balance long-term vision with immediate execution needs
- Effective cross-functional communication and collaboration capabilities across technical and business domains
- A proactive bias for action within a rapidly evolving domain
Qualifications
- Experience developing software solutions for human resources or people operations teams
- Familiarity with complex organizational workflows
- Background working with AI-enabled research, feedback, analytics, or insight products
