Envato is seeking a Lead Product Manager, GenAI to guide the development of generative artificial intelligence features that integrate directly into creative workflows. Responsibilities
- Manage the strategy and roadmap for customer-facing generative AI experiences
- Identify where artificial intelligence can genuinely enhance creative workflows
- Drive opportunities through discovery, launch, and iteration
- Investigate how creative professionals operate and experiment with emerging tools and models
- Prototype concepts using artificial intelligence or hands-on model exploration
- Collaborate with Design and Engineering teams to balance quality, usability, performance, speed, scale, and cost
- Connect product decisions to user adoption, retention, revenue, and cost
Requirements
- Experience as a product leader managing strategy and roadmaps for customer-facing digital products
- Hands-on fluency in generative artificial intelligence and generative media
- Familiarity with models, APIs, and emerging technical capabilities
- Commercial mindset capable of utilizing customer data and experimentation for decision-making
- Ability to lead through influence across Product, Design, Engineering, external partners, and executive leadership
