This remote position focuses on engineering secure and scalable Salesforce applications within a banking setting. Responsibilities
- Translate business needs into technical Salesforce designs
- Build custom Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components
- Lead development squads through the design and delivery phases
- Review code and offer technical guidance to developer team members
- Handle integrations with third-party tools and banking systems via REST, SOAP, and middleware
- Set up sandboxes, manage deployments, and optimize the system
- Maintain security standards and bank regulations compliance
- Oversee data modeling, automation, workflows, and access controls
Requirements
- 7 or more years of overall experience
- 5 or more years of industry experience
- 5 to 7 years of practical Salesforce development experience
- At least 2 years of experience in a leadership capacity
- Proficiency in Apex, Aura, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce APIs
- Experience with external system integrations
- Familiarity with DevOps tools, CI/CD practices, and branching strategies for Salesforce
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technologies, engineering, science, or a related field
- Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification
- Salesforce System Architect certification
- Background working in regulated sectors like finance or banking
- Familiarity with the Trailhead platform and Trailblazer Community
