Responsibilities

  • Contribute immediately to client projects and rapidly establish trust
  • Drive architecture and software design conversations
  • Collaborate on systems spanning the full machine learning lifecycle from data ingestion to model deployment and monitoring
  • Partner with colleagues and clients to generate technical and non-technical solutions
  • Lead formal feedback sessions and retrospectives with teams and clients

Requirements

  • Demonstrate over seven years of repeated, long-term success across various software projects
  • Write production-quality code using programming languages and frameworks such as Java, C#/.NET, Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, React, Go, Ruby, Scala, R, and SQL
  • Apply AI-assistive development tools for scaffolding, refactoring, debugging, testing, and documentation
  • Build or integrate AI and machine learning features into systems
  • Employ automated testing to guide software design and identify bugs
  • Debug and refactor legacy codebases
  • Collaborate utilizing Git, MacOS or Linux, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Address architecture-level factors like scalability, security, reliability, and performance

Qualifications

  • Experience with MLOps tools such as LangChain
  • Background in data engineering using platforms like Databricks
  • Familiarity with DevSecOps, DevOps, and Infrastructure as Code
