Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to build and execute talent acquisition strategies for leadership and technical roles
- Construct diverse talent pipelines through proactive outreach, referrals, talent mapping, and alternative sourcing channels
- Advise stakeholders by sharing market intelligence, calibrating candidate profiles, and adjusting approaches based on pipeline metrics
- Maintain a positive and thoughtful candidate journey throughout the entire hiring workflow
- Monitor pipeline health and conversion metrics to report progress and guide internal teams
- Test recruiting process improvements and experiment with artificial intelligence tools
Requirements
- Minimum of seven years of technical sourcing experience
- Background in recruiting engineering and other technical positions
- Demonstrated knowledge of technical stacks, terminology, and job functions
- Experience sourcing niche technical professionals from individual contributor to senior leadership tiers
- History of partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to shape search directions
