InMobi is hiring a Lead UX Designer in Bengaluru for a full-time, on-site position on a SaaS product. The designer leads the user experience across web and mobile, from the design system and brand identity through to dashboards, reporting pages, campaign workflows and billing modules. The role also carries design leadership duties, coaching more junior designers and shaping the product roadmap from a user-first perspective.
Core work includes growing a reusable design-system foundation for parts, patterns, type, palettes and overall visual direction, plus setting out the visual identity: typefaces, logo, iconography and accessibility rules. Requirements become flows, wireframes, clickable prototypes and polished screens that are responsive and perform well on every device.
The job runs in agile sprints alongside product managers and developers, with handoffs through Figma, Zeplin or similar tools. Quality is kept high with critique sessions and revisions shaped by user feedback, testing results and analytics. The designer relies on Lighthouse results, design analytics tools, split tests and user research to improve performance and experience.

- Mentor junior designers and influence the product roadmap with user-first thinking
Requirements
- 8 to 10 years designing SaaS platforms for web and mobile
- Portfolio featuring analytics screens, dense data UIs and process-driven software
- Track record of growing design systems for intricate digital products
- Practical knowledge of software-product UX conventions, adaptive layouts, inclusive design and speed
- Hands-on use of Miro, Illustrator, Adobe XD, Sketch and Figma
- Strong communication and leadership, and the ability to keep pace with fast development teams
Qualifications
- Familiarity with React, Angular or Flutter and collaboration with engineering teams
