InMobi is seeking a full-time Lead – Workspace Transportation to manage daily employee transit operations for its Bengaluru office on an on-site basis. This hands-on operational role suits an experienced logistics professional who can take charge of scheduling, route planning, vendor performance, safety compliance, and financial cost control. The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact for transportation matters, working directly with Workspace leadership, security, HR, finance, and transport partners to ensure reliable pickup and drop services.
The position requires practical knowledge of Bengaluru traffic patterns, solid stakeholder coordination, and the ability to maintain composure during disruptions or emergencies. Responsibilities span capacity planning, live trip monitoring, invoice validation, driver verification, and continuous improvement of the commuting experience. Candidates must be comfortable handling operational dashboards, prioritizing urgent issues, and enforcing accountability among transport vendors.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily employee pickup and drop scheduling, dispatching, vehicle allocation, and completion tracking
- Design and review routes regularly to balance travel time, vehicle occupancy, cost, and employee convenience
- Monitor live trips using the transport platform and handle delays, breakdowns, or missed pickups promptly
- Manage transport partners against service level agreements, fleet commitments, and response times
- Coordinate driver and vehicle background checks, license verification, and safety documentation
- Serve as the primary escalation contact for safety concerns, accidents, and service disruptions
- Prepare transportation budgets, forecast demand, and validate monthly vendor invoices against trip records
- Track employee feedback, manage complaints to closure, and maintain operational dashboards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Five to eight years of relevant experience in corporate employee transportation, fleet operations, or transport vendor management
- Experience independently leading transport operations and managing multiple vendors
- Practical experience managing services during traffic congestion and operational disruptions in Bengaluru
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including expense trackers, data reconciliation, and service dashboards
- Strong English communication skills alongside working knowledge of Kannada or Hindi
Qualifications
- Qualification in operations, logistics, supply chain, hospitality, or business administration
- Prior experience utilizing employee transport management software such as RouteMatic
