The License Compliance Advisor functions within the low-touch volume motion department. This position focuses on engaging organizations and individuals utilizing Chaos software without authorization to convert them into paying patrons. Professionals in this capacity manage a substantial volume of active cases, handling commercial discussions after prospects reply to multi-step outreach campaigns. This is strictly a closing position rather than a lead-qualification or nurturing assignment.

Team members must navigate fast-paced, target-driven environments managing numerous contacts simultaneously while operating strictly within predefined pricing structures and escalation pathways.
Responsibilities
- Manage the assigned regional reply queue and respond within established service level agreements to advance cases toward closure
- Address user objections strictly according to internal compliance policies and predefined offer structures
- Direct buyers to complete purchases through appropriate channels such as cart links, resellers, or specific SKUs while verifying order details
- Apply standard pricing and settlement frameworks, escalating any non-standard requests or counteroffers directly to management
- Recognize and route Amnesty Programme cases accurately under designated terms
- Document all customer interactions and results instantly in Salesforce and HubSpot
- Report conflicts, obstacles, and performance metrics during regular team meetings
- Contribute feedback regarding objections to help update the internal Reply Handling Guide
Requirements
- Must hold a valid work or residence permit for Türkiye
- Previous professional background in inside sales, customer-facing commercial functions, or licence compliance
- Demonstrated quota-carrying experience in high-volume, structured sales queues
- Familiarity with CRM software
- Full professional proficiency in both written and spoken English and Turkish
