Chime is looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join the Product and Lifecycle Marketing department on a remote basis. In this role, the professional will shape complete customer journeys, handling initiatives from initial engagement through long-term retention to maximize member lifetime value. This position is ideal for a strategic, business-oriented marketer who focuses on segments, experimentation, and measurable outcomes across various touchpoints. The person in this position will link owned channels like push, in-app, email, and SMS with broader, non-owned pathways that define the user experience.

Responsibilities
- Manage the complete lifecycle strategy from early funnel stages to activation and long-term retention
- Design personalized, targeted campaigns across push, in-app, email, and SMS channels
- Develop and execute data-backed experiments to continuously improve evergreen and transactional messaging
- Partner with analytics teams to measure campaign impact, share insights, and plan next steps
- Create and maintain channel governance and quality standards for communications
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, Research, CRM, and other teams on large cross-functional initiatives
Requirements
- Possess four to six or more years of experience in lifecycle, growth, or related marketing
- Demonstrated ability to design and measure end-to-end campaigns from concept to execution
- Proven background in building audience segments and running campaigns across email, push, SMS, and in-app messaging
- Familiarity with A/B testing and utilizing performance data to guide scaling decisions
- Experience working with marketing platforms such as Braze and Looker
- Demonstrated self-starter mindset with strong critical thinking skills
