Job Description
GRID esports is recruiting a Live Trader to cover League of Legends and similar titles on its esports trading desk. The job is active and quick-moving: the trader runs live markets in real time with the company's internal models, adjusting probabilities as matches unfold instead of relying on outside odds.
For top-tier events the trader owns the markets outright and keeps uptime at 95 percent or higher. Beyond that, the person reviews trading results, gives clear feedback on prices, models and trends, and supports junior traders.
The role also feeds improvements to trading methods and tooling. Staying on top of the League meta, patch changes and gameplay dynamics is expected, along with flexibility to fit global esports calendars.
Ideal candidates bring at least three years of esports live trading, preferably in MOBA games, and strong number skills. Quick, accurate calls under incomplete information are essential. Experience with trading automation is welcome, though not required.

- Watch market performance and reprice as in-game events happen
- Give precise commentary on prices, models and where markets are moving

- Apply deep knowledge of MOBA meta and game dynamics

- Dependable, responsible and punctual
- Staying composed during high-intensity events

Qualifications
- Broad esports knowledge, including game mechanics, tournaments, teams, compositions and results
