In this position, the professional will manage the complete localization lifecycle for enterprise accounts, acting as the main operational contact and collaborating across functions to drive program success.

Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end localization lifecycle for a portfolio of enterprise clients as their primary operational contact
- Design and optimize localization processes within the Smartling platform and client-preferred tools, incorporating AI tooling
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, quality assurance, and vendor management
- Solve problems independently and collaboratively to address client challenges and internal roadblocks
- Identify and implement process improvements, document best practices, and leverage automation to streamline workflows
Requirements
- At least two to three years of experience in localization or translation project management within a managed services or agency environment
- Solid understanding of localization file formats, content types, and translation management systems or computer-assisted translation tooling
- Strong client management abilities including leading calls and handling difficult conversations
- Proficiency in project management and reporting platforms such as Jira, Asana, Google Sheets, or Looker
- Residence on the US East Coast
- Availability of a strong internet connection, a quiet workspace, and a professional background for remote work
