Salsify seeks a remote Managed Services Consultant to help enterprise clients achieve their business goals through the ongoing operation and optimization of the Salsify PXM platform. Founded in 2012, Salsify provides commerce infrastructure that helps brand manufacturers, distributors, and retailers collaborate on the digital shelf. The company currently serves customers in over 80 countries, including major global brands.
This role suits an experienced professional who can manage multiple customer engagements, translate business needs into practical solutions, and execute technical work. The position requires managing daily service delivery, configuring and troubleshooting workflows, supporting retailer portals and GDSN, and maintaining positive customer experiences while delivering work on time and within scope.
The ideal candidate will bring hands-on platform support experience, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to navigate complex customer challenges autonomously. Salsify maintains an inclusive culture that values diversity, equity, and authentic collaboration across international teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day service delivery across multiple clients by balancing recurring operations, planned tasks, and changing priorities
- Analyze client goals and operating challenges to recommend and implement effective platform solutions
- Configure and troubleshoot Salsify PXM and related retailer workflows
- Support retailer portal operations and Global Data Synchronization Network activities
- Manage client expectations, communicate project progress and risks, and propose alternative solutions when needed
- Collaborate with internal groups like Product to investigate technical issues and test new service offerings
Requirements
- At least one year of direct experience utilizing retailer portals such as Walmart Supplier One, Target Partners Online, Home Depot IDM, or Amazon Vendor Central
- At least one year of practical experience working with GDSN
- At least two years of experience supporting enterprise clients through platform launches or ongoing operations
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks for multiple accounts independently
- Strong problem-solving abilities and sound judgment under incomplete requirements
- Effective communication skills for managing client scope and difficult conversations
Qualifications
- At least one year of direct experience working with Salsify PXM
- Prior involvement in piloting new service offerings or resolving custom configurations
- Experience mentoring colleagues or sharing knowledge across teams
