The finance team ensures that financial operations match the clarity of the company's platform. This role involves maintaining existing financial processes, performing monthly reporting, and identifying areas for optimization.

Responsibilities
- Execute daily bookkeeping and month-end reporting
- Generate accurate profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow statements
- Oversee regional employee expense management
- Handle customer collections and invoicing
- Manage compliance and Dutch tax filings
- Maintain functional and accurate financial models with leadership guidance
Requirements
- Recent NetSuite experience gained within the past four years
- A recognised accounting qualification
- Two to four years of post-qualification experience
- Background working in a startup or scale-up environment
