This full-time on-site auditing role at SGS in Manila performs third-party management system audits and helps train and coach auditors. The auditor reviews client quality systems, prepares audit plans and reports, and raises findings at closing meetings. The role also supports sales efforts and client accounts.
Responsibilities
- Complete the audit cycle as a team member or lead, including desk study and on-site audits.
- Prepare checklists, itineraries and audit packages, and raise findings at closing meetings.
- Review and customize training materials and run training programs as directed.
- Coach auditors under training or supervision and support sales during client visits.
Requirements
- A degree in a discipline set by industry requirements.
- At least five years of experience in a specific industry, with two years in quality assurance or quality control.
- At least one major certification, such as IATF 16949 lead auditor, ISO 9001 lead auditor, ISO 22000 or FSSC 22000 lead auditor, or APSCA CSCA.
Qualifications
- Industries include automotive and electrical, food safety, and responsible business services.
- Excellent written and verbal English.
- Communication skills and computer literacy.
