Correlation One seeks a Manager, Alumni Engagement & Operations to oversee the systems and communications supporting graduates of its workforce development programs, including Amazon Career Choice participants. This remote position suits an individual who combines communication skills with technical and analytical abilities, capable of drafting outreach messages in the morning and building automated scripts in the afternoon.
The role manages multi-channel engagement campaigns, maintains the alumni Slack and LinkedIn networks, and directs data collection for job placements. Responsibilities also include designing automated workflows using Google Apps Script and APIs, managing BigQuery datasets and dashboards, and overseeing a contracted team of career coaches while coordinating candidate shortlists for employer partners.
Responsibilities
- Manage the alumni communications calendar across Slack, email, SMS, and LinkedIn for graduations, events, and milestones
- Run campaigns to collect placement data, resumes, and profiles from alumni using tools like Typeform
- Design and maintain automation workflows using Google Apps Script, the Slack API, and Connected Sheets
- Maintain BigQuery datasets, views, and dashboards in Tableau or Hex to track outcomes and coach performance
- Manage day-to-day operations for a contracted roster of career coaches, including assignments, onboarding, and booking links
- Build candidate shortlists by matching alumni and learners with partner job requirements
Requirements
- At least two years of experience in program operations, alumni relations, career services, community operations, or operations analytics
- Experience in education, workforce development, or high-volume learner environments
- Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with a cloud data warehouse, preferably BigQuery
- Scripting ability in Google Apps Script, JavaScript, or Python
- Familiarity working with REST APIs
- Experience applying AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini to operational tasks
- Availability to work hours compatible with the EST time zone
Qualifications
- Experience with Tableau or Hex
- Familiarity with Typeform, Airtable, Notion, and ATS or CRM platforms like Recruit CRM
- Previous exposure to Amazon Career Choice or similar employer-funded upskilling programs
- Experience coordinating contractor or vendor teams
- Slack API experience
