Twin Health is seeking a Manager, Clinical Stewardship Operations (RN) to join its team on a full-time, remote basis with a salary range of $150,000 to $165,000 per year. Twin Health operates in the digital health sector, utilizing an AI Digital Twin platform focused on metabolic health to help individuals combat chronic metabolic conditions like obesity and type 2 diabetes.
In this role, the registered nurse serves as the clinical subject matter expert within Client Operations and Partnerships, managing stewardship program deployments from start to finish. The position involves establishing relationships with key enterprise stakeholders including health plans, health systems, and PBMs, designing customized solutions, analyzing client data, and directing cross-functional internal teams. Candidates should possess strong organizational skills, project management capabilities, and comfort with fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with key enterprise clients and clinical executives across health plans, PBMs, and health systems.
- Act as the clinical subject matter expert for stewardship within Client Operations and Partnerships.
- Manage end-to-end implementation of stewardship programs across a portfolio of clients.
- Conduct discovery sessions to understand client goals, formularies, and clinical priorities.
- Oversee the configuration, testing, and validation of program logic to ensure clinical accuracy.
- Manage multiple complex stewardship implementations concurrently while setting project plans and timelines.
- Coordinate with technical teams and third-party vendors to establish data access and file management.
- Analyze client data before and after launch to provide actionable operational and clinical insights.
- Mobilize internal cross-functional teams including Product, Clinical Delivery, and Member Operations to resolve client issues and escalations.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) license
- At least 5 years of combined clinical and non-clinical experience involving onboarding, client-facing work, and program management
- Experience working in a health plan, PBM, health system, care management, or digital health setting
- Familiarity with health benefits, health and wellness, health plans, or health systems
- Demonstrated project management skills with strong organization and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Google applications and project management tools such as MS Project and Monday.com
- Experience collaborating with internal and external technical teams regarding data exchange and file testing
- Authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Background in medication management, utilization management, pharmacy-related programs, or prescriber engagement
- Experience with GLP-1 therapies, including clinical management, access, or program design
- Experience addressing chronic disease or metabolic care
- PMP or similar certification
- Prior people management experience
