The manager oversees visual and written content for innovation, renovation, limited-time offer and brand positioning efforts. Duties include directing the creative agency that produces Digital Shelf work, setting briefs and timelines, reviewing creative from a Digital Shelf standpoint, and getting content onto retailer sites through syndication. The manager also fixes syndication issues with retail teams, updates content guidelines as retailers' capabilities evolve, defines how new creative is measured, and is the go-to expert on visual content standards.

Applicants should hold an undergraduate degree in business, marketing or a related discipline and have three to five years in online retail marketing, digital merchandising, sales or related work. They should be comfortable with PowerPoint and Excel, able to analyze data and turn it into recommendations, and effective when juggling many cross-functional groups and agencies. Consumer packaged goods experience is a plus but not mandatory. Travel runs about one to two trips a year, and the job can be done from a home office.
