Responsibilities
- Manage the engineering team and support product squad objectives
- Collaborate with Product and Design teams during discovery and delivery phases
- Oversee delivery management by maintaining backlogs and scheduling maintenance
- Facilitate team ceremonies and coach individuals to foster empowerment
- Guide technical execution while balancing speed, quality, and safety for high-traffic mobile apps
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience leading mobile engineering teams in the Product Model
- Background in A/B testing-based product iterations
- Experience directing consumer-facing development for native applications using agile methodologies
- History of cross-functional collaboration with Product, Design, and Engineering stakeholders
