This full-time position sits within the Fulfillment and Experience group, a department exceeding 100 professionals focused on building supply chain capabilities and user interactions for e-commerce expansion into tier-2 and tier-3 cities across India. The group handles operations, support, supply chain management, and analytics to elevate experiences for buyers, entrepreneurs, and suppliers.

The selected individual will determine key challenges, establish priorities, develop solutions, and execute implementation with autonomy over team structures and processes. Responsibilities
- Design programs that elevate Net Promoter Scores and other critical operational metrics
- Own a key portion of the user experience for marketplace participants including entrepreneurs, their customers, or suppliers
- Contribute to strategy formulation by advocating for enhanced user experience based on managed programs
- Influence product development choices using data insights derived from program knowledge
- Monitor program compliance with operations teams and resolve edge cases causing suboptimal outcomes
- Engage company leadership as active stakeholders to solve problems for managed programs
- Manage internal and external stakeholders to guarantee program success
Requirements

Qualifications
