Orca is a commercial-stage biotechnology enterprise focused on creating next-generation cell therapies designed to improve survival rates and reduce risks associated with treatments for blood cancer. The organization is currently seeking a remote Manager, Quality – Commercial Site Onboarding who must reside on the East Coast. This full-time position requires travel up to 25 to 50 percent of the time to assigned Authorized Treatment Centers.
The person in this role will coordinate and direct the end-to-end implementation process for commercial partners and clients. Responsibilities include conducting site audits, monitoring progress, managing timelines, and ensuring adherence to established quality guidelines. The ideal candidate possesses a background in project management, quality assurance, or client relationship management, and excels at building partnerships across both internal departments and external organizations.
Responsibilities
- Manage the complete onboarding workflow for commercial sites to guarantee accuracy and compliance with quality standards
- Collaborate with internal groups such as operations, logistics, account management, and case management
- Perform site assessments and evaluations to verify adherence to industry regulations
- Establish clear onboarding timelines and milestones alongside commercial teams
- Track onboarding progress and resolve any issues or delays while informing stakeholders
- Deliver training and guidance regarding best practices and systems to new commercial partners
- Gather client feedback to continuously refine onboarding procedures
- Maintain documentation related to onboarding policies and standard operating procedures
- Act as the primary contact for clients during the onboarding phase
- Partner with the quality assurance team to make sure deliverables satisfy company standards
Requirements
- Hold three to five years of professional background in project management, quality assurance, or onboarding
- Demonstrate proven experience handling complex projects involving multiple stakeholders
- Possess solid familiarity with quality management practices and principles
- Exhibit strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities
- Be capable of working independently and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Reside on the East Coast and be able to travel up to 25 to 50 percent of the time
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in healthcare, project management, business administration, or a related discipline
- Familiarity with project management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM tools
