Hilton Grand Vacations is hiring a Manager Revenue Optimization to oversee revenue generation and tour management procedures throughout the designated region. In this capacity, the professional acts as the central coordinator connecting Business Operations Management, Sales, Marketing, and Operations. The position requires close coordination with diverse internal groups such as Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, IT, Corporate, Planning, Reporting, Accounting, AP, Analysis, QA, and Contracts.
The chosen candidate will align the tour grid workflow with various resource management elements, encompassing sales bay capacity, Sales and Marketing staffing levels, anticipated arrivals, and room inventory. This cross-functional position focuses on boosting regional productivity and maximizing resource effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Manage tour management processes and revenue generation across the region
- Act as the primary communication link between Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Business Operations Management
- Collaborate across multiple internal departments including IT, HR, Talent Acquisition, Planning, Reporting, Accounting, AP, Corporate, Analysis, QA, and Contracts
- Integrate the tour grid process with resource management elements like staffing levels, sales bay capacity, room inventory, and estimated arrivals
- Drive cross-functional initiatives aimed at optimizing resource utilization and elevating regional performance
