Job Description

Northspyre is seeking a Manager, Sales Enablement to shape and guide the training, workflows, and infrastructure for its growing sales team. As an individual contributor leadership role, this position suits an organized builder and coach who thrives in high-growth environments and wants to turn successful selling behaviors into repeatable systems.

Northspyre operates as an end-to-end real estate development management platform that combines data analytics, automation, and artificial intelligence. The company's technology helps developers manage complex projects by eliminating information silos and offering real-time performance insights. Since 2017, the platform has supported over $500 billion in projects across the nation.

In this capacity, you will take ownership of the sales enablement strategy, methodology, onboarding programs, and competitive positioning. You will collaborate closely with sales leadership and cross-functional departments like marketing and product to diagnose performance gaps and refine the sales motion. • Build and launch a structured onboarding and ramp schedule for new sales hires
  • Facilitate ongoing coaching and training sessions using pipeline reviews and call evaluations
  • Partner with sales leaders to set expectations for forecasting, conversion, and quota achievement
  • Coach sales managers and individual contributors to address performance gaps
  • Collaborate across departments with marketing, product, and customer success teams
  • Produce and update collateral such as battlecards, talk tracks, and case studies
  • Utilize data analytics to identify performance trends and drive process improvements

Requirements

  • Minimum of six years of professional background in sales enablement, B2B sales, sales operations, or sales leadership
  • Demonstrated history of upgrading how sales teams sell rather than maintaining an existing machine
  • Practical experience writing or revamping enablement programs, methodologies, or playbooks
  • Strong background in coaching sales professionals throughout the entire deal cycle
  • Analytical and process-driven approach to diagnosing operational bottlenecks
  • Executive presence with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Background at a sponsor-backed, private equity-backed, or venture-backed enterprise
  • Experience launching a sales enablement function completely from scratch
  • Familiarity with scaling a successful sales motion from a few top performers to a larger team
  • Knowledge of formal sales frameworks such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, Sandler, or SPIN
  • Background in SaaS or selling complex B2B software with multiple buying stakeholders
  • Experience selling into the construction, commercial real estate, or development industries
  • Familiarity working alongside RevOps to improve CRM usage and pipeline metrics
  • Prior people management or direct interest in transitioning into a formal sales leadership role
