Beyond Finance is hiring a full-time Manager of Strategy and Analytics to study how marketing channels perform, how clients are retained over time, and what each customer is worth across their lifetime. The manager works alongside the marketing, operations, product and sales teams to produce findings that move the company toward its goals.
Core duties include digging into data and processes to uncover major operational problems and opportunities, presenting findings and recommendations to senior leadership and other non-analytical partners, and reviewing the company's key performance indicators. The manager redefines KPIs that matter to company and business-unit goals, and works with product and operations on test design and experiments. Strong SQL and Excel skills, comfort reshaping datasets, visualizing data and presenting results are central to the work.

Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business, STEM or another analytical field
- Two to four years of professional work spanning business analytics, strategy, product or marketing
- Comfort with Excel analysis and SQL coding
- Capacity to produce results in a quick-moving, unclear setting
- Quick learning and a hands-on working style
Qualifications

- Experience with Looker or Tableau (a plus)
