Windranger Labs seeks a Mantle Squad member to serve as a community ambassador for global Web3 audiences. This remote, part-time position involves connecting the ecosystem with regional communities through local storytelling, engagement initiatives, and live activations. Ideal candidates possess a background in crypto marketing and community building, with the ability to operate independently within a distributed team. Responsibilities span across community engagement, event coordination, content localization, and gathering user feedback. Participants will help drive awareness around the RWA and AI ecosystem while collaborating directly with core contributors. The role offers opportunities to build a personal brand, attend major industry events, and potentially transition into full-time or regional leadership roles based on performance.
Responsibilities
- Act as a community ambassador to link the ecosystem with global Web3 groups
- Engage with builders, students, and early-stage founders to foster growth
- Promote adoption and awareness of the RWA and AI ecosystem
- Nurture post-event relationships to secure long-term participation
- Co-host and support meetups, panels, and industry gatherings
- Identify media, partnership, and collaboration prospects within the RWA and AI sectors
- Share ecosystem news and campaigns across social and community channels

Requirements
- Minimum of two years of professional experience in Web3 marketing, community management, or ecosystem roles
