Atomic Construction, LLC, which also operates as Atomic Flooring, is currently seeking a remote Bilingual Social Media Content Creator & Customer Service Assistant to join their team. This full-time position requires approximately 40 hours per week and is ideally suited for candidates residing in Latin America. The company serves the Phoenix, Arizona residential market by delivering professional flooring and remodeling solutions.
In this dual-focus role, the person hired will manage online brand visibility by transforming provided raw media into polished promotional posts, short-form videos, and engaging updates for Facebook and Instagram. Additionally, the employee will handle incoming customer inquiries, maintain lead organization, schedule estimates, and communicate professionally via phone, email, and text messaging.
The ideal candidate is resourceful, dependable, and capable of operating independently. Applicants must be able to align their working hours with Arizona business hours. Compensation is set at $250 USD per week. Equal Opportunity Employer guidelines apply to the company.
Responsibilities
- Transform provided photographs and video clips into polished social media content
- Produce short-form videos and Reels highlighting completed construction and flooring projects
- Apply text overlays, captions, music, transitions, and branding elements to media
- Design graphics, promotional materials, and special offers using tools like Canva
- Draft compelling captions in English and incorporate Spanish text when appropriate
- Maintain a regular posting calendar across Instagram and Facebook business accounts
- Analyze engagement levels and suggest strategies to expand online reach
- Answer incoming sales leads promptly via website, text messages, and social media
- Communicate with prospective clients over the phone, through email, and via messaging apps
- Gather basic details about prospective flooring projects and follow up with interested leads
- Coordinate estimates and book appointments for the internal company team
- Perform administrative duties and assist with business development and marketing campaigns
Requirements
- Possoor excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Demonstrate strong customer service abilities and a professional telephone manner
- Maintain a dependable computer and a reliable internet connection
- Exhibit strong organizational skills and close attention to detail
- Work autonomously, meet established deadlines, and master new software tools
- Be available during agreed-upon hours that overlap with Arizona business hours
Qualifications
- Fluency in both Spanish and English
- Prior experience creating social media content for business accounts
- Background in editing short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, or Facebook Reels
- Familiarity with Canva and video editing applications such as CapCut
- Experience managing business profiles on Facebook and Instagram
- Background in processing sales inquiries, executing lead follow-ups, and scheduling appointments
- Previous experience working alongside businesses based in the United States
