Doximity seeks a Marketing Coordinator to join its Commercial Marketing team. Doximity operates a clinical AI network and workflow platform that serves over 85 percent of doctors in the United States alongside hundreds of health systems, aiming to boost clinician productivity and patient care.
In this position, you will function as a key contributor within the Commercial Marketing department, working directly with the sales organization. Your primary focus will involve producing customized marketing collateral that accelerates sales expansion among the company's largest clients. Responsibilities include building presentations, pitch decks, results decks, requests for proposals, and visual assets for both in-person and virtual gatherings.

Candidates have the flexibility to work from the corporate headquarters in San Francisco or remotely from anywhere within the United States.

Responsibilities
- Design custom slides, one-pagers, and videos for sales client meetings
- Partner with the Analytics team to pull custom metrics and client-specific data for personalized presentations
- Support marketing and sales workflows by delivering pitch decks, RFPs, proposals, and results decks
- Build marketing collateral and templates for virtual and in-person team gatherings of up to 200 participants
- Establish standardized templates for the broader commercial enterprise
- Deliver strategic partnership to sales and SalesHub personnel
Requirements
- Apply critical thinking to solve unfamiliar problems and communicate clearly in writing and verbally
- Manage time independently as a self-starter without waiting for instructions
- Build cross-functional relationships and anticipate deal requirements
- Exercise curiosity to understand customers, market drivers, and internal mechanics
- Demonstrate slide design craft to transform rough concepts into shareable deliverables
- Show technical fluency with data and photo editing software
