Job Description
InMobi is hiring a Marketing Events and Operations Coordinator for its Global Enterprise Marketing team in New York. The job is full-time and on site at the New York office, and involves travel for up to half of the working time, both within the United States and abroad. It is an early-career role for someone with 1 to 3 years of professional experience who can keep fast-moving work on track.
The top priority is supporting events run by InMobi Group in the United States and overseas. That includes industry conferences, trade shows, partner gatherings and bespoke activations, in person or virtual. The coordinator builds event plans and milestone schedules that span several teams, manages logistics such as venues, hospitality, exhibits, shipping, housing and on-site staffing, and handles post-event work including invoice reconciliation and reporting on results.
A second area covers marketing operations: vendor onboarding, contract routing and signatures, invoice and expense processing, budget tracking and coordination with Finance and Legal. Reporting line: Head of Experiential Marketing. The role works across both InMobi and Glance.
The posting asks for a hands-on background in events, marketing operations or comparable roles, comfort managing vendor relationships and contracts, and strong follow-through across time zones. Familiarity with project tools such as Asana or Workfront, event platforms such as Cvent or Eventbrite, and Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace is expected. Experience with B2B tech or AdTech teams, procurement systems and large trade-show activations is preferred.
