iMedX Information Services Pvt Ltd is hiring a Medical Billing Manager on a contractor basis to direct billing operations and revenue cycle management for various clients. This position suits an active leader who manages in a dynamic setting, encourages remote independent contractors, and prioritizes precision, regulatory adherence, and client satisfaction. The job involves supervising billing and collection workflows, finalizing monthly billing periods, generating accounts receivable and payment reports, and guiding remote billing personnel. The person in this role will act as the primary point of contact for clients including billing personnel, chief financial officers, and chief executive officers. Additional responsibilities include developing and executing billing workflows, conducting training, and handling contractor recruitment and onboarding.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize billing and collection workflows for designated clients
- Finalize monthly billing periods and generate timely accounts receivable, payment, and adjustment reports
- Supervise and guide remote billing contractors to maintain quality and operational efficiency
- Act as the primary communication link with client billing staff, CFOs, and CEOs
- Establish, revise, and deploy billing protocols and provide corresponding staff training
- Handle interviews, onboarding, and ongoing development support for contractors
- Work alongside leadership regarding client requirements, operational results, and resource allocation
Requirements
- Three to five years of background in revenue cycle management, billing operations, or a related leadership position
