Keywords Studios is seeking a temporary Multimedia Lead on a fixed-term cover contract, operating remotely from Italy. This position centers on enhancing the staff experience by producing graphic design and video editing assets for internal communications. The individual chosen will shape the future of internal engagement by connecting design trends with communications across various multimedia products.
Reporting directly to the Global Communication Manager without direct reports, the person in this role will collaborate closely with the broader Global Communications and Engagement Department, alongside more than 70 worldwide studios. Daily duties involve generating original videos and graphics that align with company values and storytelling goals. This temporary opportunity is well-suited for a versatile, diligent, and creative problem solver ready to manage multiple timelines concurrently.
As part of the Keywords Studios group, professionals join an international network of game development experts engaging in diverse projects. The position involves teamwork within an environment that features internal activities such as Discord game nights, offering a collaborative setting for skilled multimedia creators.
Responsibilities
- Produce graphic design and video editing assets for internal communications
- Develop original graphics and videos reflecting company values through storytelling
- Partner with the Global Communications and Engagement Department and over 70 global studios
- Translate corporate insights into graphic narratives and visual presentations
- Manage multiple projects and delivery timelines simultaneously
Requirements
- Four or more years of relevant design experience in graphic design and video editing within corporate or related content creation industries
- Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Canva
- Familiarity and confidence working within a Google Workspace environment, particularly Google Slides
- Fluency in English
- Strong interpersonal, customer service, project management, organizational, and time management skills
Qualifications
- Master degree paired with a minimum of two years of meaningful design experience
