New Partner Experience Advisor - Dutch Speaking (Belgium Market)

Deliveroo is recruiting a full-time New Partner Experience (NPX) Advisor for the Belgium market, based in Manchester on a hybrid pattern. The role sits within the NPX team and supports newly signed partners through their first two months after signing up, helping them get comfortable with the systems, shape their menus and start building orders.

The advisor is the main relationship lead for new restaurants and works alongside Sales and Account Managers to keep the early experience running smoothly. Responsibilities include guiding owners on menu presentation and advertising tools, acting as the connection between restaurants and internal groups such as photography, and placing careful outbound calls to sort out partner problems. The role also covers the administrative work for each restaurant, so owners are at ease with the processes they must follow.

Applicants need to be fluent in English and in Dutch.
