Job Description
Deliveroo is recruiting a full-time New Partner Experience (NPX) Advisor for its UKI market, based in Manchester on a hybrid pattern. The role sits in the Commercial team and focuses on newly signed restaurants in their opening two months on the platform. The purpose is to equip those partners with the tools, confidence and plan they need to build a durable business from the start.
The advisor is the main relationship lead for new restaurants. Duties include advising owners on making menus more appealing, encouraging use of advertising tools, and liaising with teams such as photography so each online storefront presents well. The role involves regular outbound calls to fix partner problems, along with the paperwork and admin needed to keep each restaurant comfortable with the company's processes and systems.
Applicants need an excellent phone manner, the nerve to make steady outbound calls, and real empathy for what partners are asking for. The posting asks for a target-driven approach that keeps quality high, and for proficiency in Microsoft software. Salesforce skills are highly desirable but not essential. Earlier roles in client accounts, selling or customer care are a nice-to-have, as is experience in a startup or technology environment that moves quickly.
The posted base salary is 27,700 pounds sterling, with a bonus of up to 6,000 pounds a year paid quarterly. The start date is November 2026, and hybrid working is offered once probation is complete. The interview route starts with an AI-led phone screen and online assessment, followed by a recruiter conversation, a manager interview that may include a case study, and then the outcome.
