This full-time, on-site role in Bauchi, Nigeria, is part of One Acre Fund's Nigeria program, which serves farmers with inputs, credit and tree seedlings. The specialist oversees operational data and dashboards, leads nursery expansion mapping and process improvements, and manages regional field operations and teams.
Responsibilities
- Own operational data protocols and build dashboards that track KPIs, inventory and performance.
- Lead expansion mapping and nursery feasibility work for existing sites and new states.
- Standardize launch playbooks and find efficiencies, including field technology.
- Lead, mentor and train teams, create SOPs, and manage vendor and logistics relationships.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional work experience, including leading teams, and experience implementing projects at field level.
- Strong data analysis and dashboarding skills in tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, SQL or advanced Excel.
- Proven track record managing complex logistics, inventory or distribution operations in rural settings.
Qualifications
- A university degree in agricultural economics, supply chain, business analytics, data science, industrial engineering, agroforestry, international development or a related field.
- Project management certification is preferred.
