Job Description
Miratech is hiring a full-time Odoo Software Engineer to help build and run its group finance system on Odoo 20. The role is listed as remote. The engineer customizes Odoo for finance and project management, including a bespoke expense application, and contributes to the company's finance automation effort.
The work involves building and supporting connections to systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, Zoho and banking platforms. The engineer also moves historical records using repeatable scripted loads, checked against the source system during trial runs and at go-live. Test pipelines with test and mock data, current technical documentation, and post-launch support are part of the job. Every day the engineer aligns with the Odoo functional consultant about requirements and options, while syncing with the project manager on timelines, status and risks. AI coding tools are used in daily development.
Candidates need at least three years of commercial Python work, including two years or more creating bespoke Odoo modules for current releases. Back-end depth in the Odoo ORM, inheritance, security, reports and scheduled actions is expected, along with front-end work in OWL and JavaScript and experience delivering user-facing Odoo apps. Connecting Odoo to outside systems through REST and Odoo's external interfaces, with solid error handling, is required. Practical data migration, PostgreSQL, Git, Linux, Docker, and deploying Odoo are needed, as is professional fluency in English and Ukrainian.
Benefits highlighted include health insurance, language courses, a relocation program, certification programs, mentorship, internal mobility and internships.
