Responsibilities
- Oversee daily maintenance and repair of hospital facilities against health, safety and environmental rules.
- Coordinate vendors and contractors for upgrades, renovations and emergency repairs.
- Develop and monitor facility budgets to use resources efficiently.
- Carry out regular inspections and audits to confirm policy and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in facility management, preferably in healthcare or the public sector.
- Strong knowledge of facility maintenance practices, regulatory compliance and healthcare infrastructure standards.
- Must be a resident of Imo State or open to relocation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (BSc) in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
- Professional certification in facility management, such as CFM, is an advantage.
