Angkas is hiring an Onboarding Associate on a five-month contract, on-site, in the Philippines. The associate runs on-ground biker onboarding tasks such as jersey sizing, ID photos, kit tagging and release, and helps new bikers join the Telegram group and complete applications. The role also manages biker kit inventory with daily and monthly tallies, maintains onboarding masterfiles, and handles daily report updates and assessment forms.
Responsibilities
- Carry out on-ground onboarding tasks, including jersey sizing, ID photos, biker kit tagging and release.
- Help new bikers with Telegram group integration and application guidance.
- Manage biker kit inventory with daily and monthly tallies, reconciliation and offsite activation supplies.
- Keep biker onboarding masterfiles accurate, and handle daily report updates, photo uploads and assessment forms.
Requirements
- Senior High School graduate or an equivalent qualification.
- Willing to work off-site and travel to activation and event locations.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree is a plus but not required.
- Experience in an administrative role is preferred.
- Owning and operating a motorcycle is preferred.
