The company is currently hiring a Menu Onboarding Consultant to act as the primary menu contact and relationship manager for restaurant clients during the initial customer journey, spanning from the point of purchase through the go-live phase.
In this position, you will operate independently under an Onboarding Manager to fulfill monthly activation targets, manage multiple implementation projects concurrently, and deliver professional customer interactions. The role suits motivated professionals who excel in fast-paced environments, adapt well to ambiguity, and possess strong project management capabilities.
This position follows a hybrid work model with candidates required to reside in Sydney, Melbourne, or Brisbane.
Responsibilities
- Partner with restaurant owners during the go-live phase to build onboarding plans that achieve high-quality implementations within budget and timeline constraints
- Establish operational best practices for restaurants covering food and labor costs, guest relations, and table turnover speed
- Consult with clients to identify configuration specifications and relay unique requirements to project resources
- Execute remote onboarding configurations while documenting the go-live process and noting any variances from standard practices
- Develop and lead training programs for entire restaurant staffs focusing on workflow efficiencies and product utilization
- Oversee numerous simultaneous onboarding engagements encompassing large regional portfolios of over 80 restaurants
Requirements
- Minimum of one year of experience in a function focused on business operations and customer satisfaction, including managing long-term client relationships lasting four to six weeks or longer
- Demonstrated ability to function independently and navigate competing priorities in a dynamic environment
- Proven history of meeting and exceeding performance goals
- Strong communication, organizational, and influencing capabilities
Qualifications
- One or more years of point of sale software experience, preferably within the service industry
- Background using Salesforce CRM
- Prior work experience within the technology sector or for a SaaS organization
- Experience in training, teaching, or professional development
