Responsibilities

  • Process enrollment applications, verify supporting documents, and track status updates while meeting compliance rules
  • Report discrepancies, issues, or difficult cases to senior team members promptly
  • Attend team meetings to report on assigned tasks and learn new workflows and systems
  • Support process improvements and participate collaboratively in team operations

Requirements

  • Between 0 and 2 years of prior experience working in healthcare administration, provider credentialing, or related operations
  • Strong attention to detail for managing documents and entering data accurately
  • Good communication, organizational, and time management skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Capacity to follow existing procedures, master new software rapidly, and escalate issues properly

Qualifications

  • Previous internship experience for recent graduates
