Job Description
The Really Great Teacher Company is recruiting freelance online Dutch teachers to instruct working professionals. Learners are mostly expats and international hires preparing to live in the Netherlands or Flanders who want to move past basic phrases and handle real conversations at work. Lessons are live and online, run for either 40 or 80 minutes, and cover every level.
Teachers are paid USD 12 per hour taught, issued to them as freelancers. The company provides the online platform and course materials. Scheduling is flexible: you pick the time slots that work around your study, other classes or trips, and you can teach from home or from anywhere in the EU.
The role suits native or C2-level Dutch speakers from either the Netherlands or Flanders who hold a completed bachelor's degree and have 120 or more hours of training in language teaching, such as a teaching qualification, NT2 certification or a CELTA/TEFL-type course. Applicants must be EU residents who can bill as self-employed freelancers, such as a ZZP or zelfstandige.
