As the third member of the operations group, this role centers on managing day-to-day compliance operations with a high degree of autonomy. The position involves reviewing account activity, investigating payment approval requests, and identifying potential fraud patterns. The person in this role will blend AI-assisted analysis with human judgment to assess risks, handle escalations, and balance compliance requirements with user experience. Collaboration with support, product, and business departments is essential to support scalable growth.
