In this role, the professional will manage customer support inquiries, review listing submissions based on established standards, execute daily operational workflows, and report performance metrics. This position requires active engagement within the company's social communities, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous monitoring of Web3 and cryptocurrency trends. The ideal candidate brings a background in financial technology, crypto, consulting, or customer assistance, combined with a strong grasp of blockchain concepts like Ethereum, Bitcoin, decentralized finance, and non-fungible tokens. The person chosen will operate autonomously after onboarding, utilizing CRM tools and data analytics platforms to support the scaling of crypto market data.
Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized and timely customer service across various channels according to established standards
- Carry out daily operational workflows and report any process gaps or inefficiencies
- Escalate potential concerns to management and keep stakeholders updated
- Evaluate project listing submissions against company criteria and guidelines
- Partner with internal departments to streamline operational handovers and resolve customer matters
- Document and track key performance indicators, user feedback, and operational issues
- Engage with project teams, exchanges, partners, and community members on platforms like Telegram and Discord
- Monitor developments in the crypto and Web3 sectors to adapt operational procedures accordingly
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of working background in finance, crypto, accounting, customer support, or consulting
- Foundational understanding of operational areas such as curation, customer support, due diligence, and trend analysis
- Familiarity with Bitcoin, Ethereum, decentralized finance, NFTs, decentralized applications, and digital asset exchanges
- Commitment to customer experience and empathetic problem resolution
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight following onboarding
- Analytical mindset capable of interpreting data
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
Qualifications
- Experience in fintech industries or startup environments
