The organization builds fleet maintenance solutions designed to enhance equipment and vehicle uptime by connecting fleet managers, mechanics, and drivers. In this full-time remote position, reporting directly to the Director of Operations, the individual will assist in refining internal artificial intelligence tools and agents while delivering analytical and reporting support to the Engineering and R&D divisions.

This opportunity is well-suited for a professional possessing practical background in business operations, analytics, or artificial intelligence enablement within fast-paced software environments. The selected candidate will help coordinate operational projects, track key performance indicators, manage system integrations, and champion AI adoption across various teams. Responsibilities span from mapping core operational processes and conducting data audits to ensuring data security, privacy, and quality compliance for automated workflows. The position requires collaboration with technical departments to bridge the gap between business needs and engineering workflows, transforming promising experiments into repeatable administrative solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Director of Operations in keeping projects, resources, and workflows aligned with team objectives.
  • Track and report operational performance indicators against defined targets, identifying performance gaps and corrective measures.
  • Manage operational budgets, vendor relationships, and enterprise systems to secure appropriate investment value.
  • Promote the rollout of artificial intelligence and automation tools by providing team guides, training, and hands-on assistance.
  • Identify and prioritize practical artificial intelligence use cases aimed at decreasing manual effort and saving time.
  • Ensure deployed artificial intelligence tools utilize accurate, current source information.
  • Map and refine core operational processes to minimize manual administration through automation.
  • Generate and maintain R&D and engineering metrics regarding capacity, workflow health, and delivery timelines.
  • Conduct regular data audits to preserve business and operational data accuracy across platforms.
  • Maintain quality controls, data privacy standards, and responsible-use policies for automated tools.

Requirements

  • Minimum of three years of experience in business operations, engineering operations, analytics, program management, or artificial intelligence enablement.
  • Practical background utilizing generative artificial intelligence tools to improve business processes, reporting, or internal workflows.
  • Cross-functional collaboration experience partnering with technical teams to translate operational requirements into solutions.
  • Working familiarity with structured operational data, SQL, spreadsheets, or business intelligence platforms.
  • Proficiency with Claude and the capability to iteratively enhance Claude-based projects, agents, or workflows.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Analytics, Information Systems, Business, Technology, or an equivalent combination of practical experience.
  • Familiarity with Atlassian toolsets including Jira, Confluence, and Rovo agents.
  • Background using R&D reporting platforms such as Jellyfish or developer productivity applications.
  • Familiarity with data visualization platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
  • Exposure to AI governance, security, data compliance, or privacy standards.
