Job Description

Responsibilities

• Review submitted documents and report packs against work instructions and raise queries.
• Generate certificates after a certification decision and update the system with changes.
• Review submitted information and issue client invoices, then validate invoice entries.
• Plan client visit dates and suggest process improvements.

Requirements

• At least two years of back-office experience that involves collecting, organizing and processing data.
• Ability to write queries, reports and clear correspondence.
• Oral and written English and Chinese, with at least HSK or TOCFL Level 4.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree is required.
• Experience with certification and SGS CBE IT tools, such as Certnet or Applaudd, is desirable.
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
