Coins.ph is looking for an OTC Trading Director in Manila to lead and grow its over-the-counter trading business across crypto, FX and stablecoin markets. The full-time hybrid role covers large block trades and bespoke client orders, pricing and liquidity routing across more than 30 venues, P&L and risk limits, and building OTC systems with product and engineering. It also includes leading a trading team that works around the clock.
Responsibilities
- Lead execution of large block trades, liquidations and bespoke OTC orders.
- Manage institutional and high-value clients and set pricing, spreads and liquidity access.
- Own OTC P&L, inventory exposure, hedging and risk limits.
- Partner with product and engineering on pricing, risk, order management and settlement systems.
Requirements
- At least 7 years in OTC trading, FX, crypto, market making or sales trading.
- Proven record of executing large, complex OTC transactions.
- Experience managing P&L, inventory risk and hedging in volatile markets.
- Experience building and scaling trading teams.
Qualifications
- Understanding of FX and crypto liquidity, pricing mechanics and settlement flows.
- Comfortable operating in a 24/7 trading environment.
- Experience working with engineering teams on trading infrastructure.
