Job Description
Fleetio, a platform for managing fleet operations, is hiring a Partner Enablement Manager to design and run the programs that equip its reseller partners to sell, implement and support the product. Those partners include fleet management firms, telematics providers and value-added resellers. The job is remote and full-time, and the posting frames it as program management first, with enablement as the core focus.
The manager owns onboarding for newly signed partners. That covers platform training, sales instruction, value-selling methods and partner marketing support, and several cohorts may be in progress at once. The role also keeps existing partners current whenever features, pricing, packaging or messaging change, through a steady rhythm of updates rather than occasional sessions. Responsibilities include building curricula, certification materials, playbooks, battlecards and value frameworks for each partner type, plus guides, learning-platform courses and recorded sessions.
The manager relays partner needs to the teams that can act on them, including Product, Marketing, Sales Enablement and Support, and confirms when issues are closed. The role also works with Partner Account Management to address gaps in partner health and performance, coordinates colleagues around major releases, supports partner kickoffs, business reviews and summits, and reports on onboarding completion, time to ramp and certification rates. Partner status is kept current in Salesforce or similar systems.
Candidates should have five or more years in enablement or channel work centered on partner training, program delivery or onboarding, preferably at a business software company in fleet, telematics or an adjacent area. The posting asks for experience building programs from scratch, strong organization across concurrent cohorts, and a repeatable operating cadence. Strong writing and presentation ability is essential, and so is building course material, playbooks or certification tracks. Learning-platform experience and familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce are helpful.
Benefits cover medical and dental options, vision insurance, incentive stock options, a 4% 401(k) match, four weeks of PTO that increases in year two, 12 company holidays plus two floating days, paid parental leave, disability coverage, FSA and HSA choices, development funds, a quarterly wellbeing fund and a quarterly expense stipend.
