Job Description
Libertex Group, established in 1997 and recognized as an online trading platform provider, is seeking a Payment Analyst to join the Payments team. This full-time, remote position is based in Montenegro and suits professionals with a background in finance or mathematics who want to work in a dynamic fintech environment. The company develops online trading technology for stocks and CFDs across diverse assets such as Forex, cryptocurrencies, commodities, and ETFs, and serves as the Official Online Trading Partner of the Audi Revolut F1® Team.
In this role, the analyst will handle daily payment questions from clients and internal staff, track payment service provider balances, perform transactional reconciliations, and execute refunds. The position also involves collaborating with payment vendors, supporting the product team on implementations, managing monthly invoice reconciliations, and preparing reports.
Responsibilities
- Monitor daily payment service provider balances to maintain sufficient processing funds
- Analyze metrics across multiple payment solutions
- Conduct daily transactional reconciliations
- Handle settlements for payment service providers lacking automated settlement functionality
- Process requested refunds through back-office applications
- Coordinate with payment vendors regarding onboarding, account openings, updates, and compliance
- Assist the product team with system updates, new implementations, and ongoing projects
- Resolve internal and external payment-related inquiries
- Gather monthly fees, conduct invoice reconciliations, and compile reports
Requirements
- Minimum of two years of experience in a comparable role, ideally within the Forex industry or working with online payment solutions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Fluent command of the English language
- Ability to multitask and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills for interacting with various stakeholders
